Our commitment is to provide courteous and equitable services in all aspects of land administration.As the agency responsible for land management in Edo State, we ensure the establishment and regulation of data standards related to land, master plans, district plans, and surveys.

Functions

Data Standards and Regulation: Establishing and regulating data standards related to land, master plans, district plans, and surveys.

Registration Services: Registering all land titles and instruments, including the issuance of certificates and recertifications.

Supervision of Committees: Supervising all Land Use Allocation Committees in Edo State.

Document Issuance: Processing and granting Certificates of Occupancy, Rights of Occupancy, and grants of Consent to land transactions.

Collaboration with Government: Collaborating with the Edo State Government to protect the rights of land and property owners and support community growth and prosperity.
